Community Involvement & Workforce Development
Supporting the future of manufacturing through education and community involvement
At MRS Machining, we believe manufacturing is about more than precision machined parts. It is about investing in people, supporting education, and helping build the next generation of skilled professionals.
Since 1986, MRS Machining has remained committed to workforce development, technical education, and community involvement throughout Wisconsin. Through school partnerships, STEM events, career exploration activities, manufacturing outreach, and local initiatives, we are proud to help students and future professionals discover opportunities within modern manufacturing.
As a precision CNC machining company located in Augusta, Wisconsin, we understand the importance of supporting the future of skilled trades and advanced manufacturing careers.
STEM & Education Events
MRS Machining regularly participates in STEM and educational events that introduce students to manufacturing, machining, engineering, robotics, and skilled trades careers.
These hands on experiences help students better understand the technology, precision, problem solving, and innovation involved in today’s manufacturing industry. From interactive activities and classroom engagement to career exploration opportunities, we are proud to support programs that encourage students to explore careers in manufacturing and technical education.
School Partnerships & Career Exploration
We value opportunities to connect with local schools, educators, and students through career readiness programs, classroom visits, mock interviews, manufacturing discussions, and facility tours.
By working directly with schools and technical education programs, MRS Machining helps students gain exposure to modern manufacturing environments and learn more about careers in CNC machining, automation, engineering, inspection, and skilled trades.
Community Events & Outreach
MRS Machining is proud to support and participate in local community events, manufacturing outreach initiatives, educational programs, and workforce development efforts throughout the region.
We believe strong communities and strong manufacturing industries go hand in hand, and we remain committed to supporting the people, programs, and partnerships that help build the future of skilled trades and advanced manufacturing.
