When Roger Guse started MRS Machining in his Augusta garage in 1986, he never imagined the company would grow into one of the nation's top machine shops.

Today, MRS Machining employs more than 47 people and serves customers across the aerospace, oil & gas, medical, food service, industrial, and agriculture industries. Under the leadership of President Matt Guse, the company continues to build on the values of innovation, quality, and workforce development that helped shape its success.
